About Aaron
Aaron B.R. Drury is the founder of Drury. His practice is centred on family law, including complex litigation, financial disputes, parenting and relocation matters, support, negotiation, arbitration and appeals.
Aaron founded the firm in Southwestern Ontario and later expanded its practice to Alberta. His work has included disputes involving significant assets, corporate structures, trusts, alleged concealment of property, cross-provincial issues and international child-related matters.
Aaron’s approach is practical and direct. He focuses on identifying the legal and factual issues that materially affect the client’s position, explaining the available options, and choosing a process that fits the stakes — whether that means negotiation, a private resolution process, contested court proceedings or an appeal.
The firm has acted on matters before trial and appellate courts in Alberta and Ontario and has assisted litigants in Supreme Court of Canada proceedings.
