About Aislinn
Aislinn G. Thomas is a family lawyer with Drury whose practice focuses on the financial consequences of separation and divorce. Her work includes income determination, child and spousal support, property division, financial disclosure and disputes involving business, corporate and self-employment income.
Aislinn has worked on matters within the firm before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Divisional Court, Supreme Court of Canada and Ontario Court of Justice, and she has appeared before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. That experience informs her approach to building a clear record at the trial level while remaining attentive to how legal and evidentiary issues may be reviewed later.
Her work is especially detail-driven. Financial family-law disputes can turn on disclosure, calculations, valuations and credibility, and Aislinn focuses on organizing those pieces so the legal issues and practical choices are easier to understand.
Whether a matter is being negotiated, litigated or reviewed on appeal, Aislinn’s approach is careful, evidence-based and focused on identifying the issues that will actually determine the outcome.
